This acquisition strengthens BioScrip's position as a top provider of infusion, oral and injectable specialty pharmacy services and care management programs.

According to Richard H. Friedman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BioScrip, "We will now have over 120 points of service including 33 Community Service Pharmacies, 61 Specialty Infusion Pharmacies, 3 Mail Order Pharmacies and 33 Nursing locations in all 50 states with over 1,000 managed care contracts."
